Hi,
There are a lot of different languages in the world and there is only one World Wide Web. So to help with this hurdle there is a feature in Blogger known as transliteration. This feature automatically phonetically translates you work.
To enable this got to the bottom of the Basics, Settings page and choose your language. Then in your posts the right most symbol will enable transliteration for the remainder of the post. To disable it just click the symbol again.
